In April 2018, two persons joined the group of Associate Partners: Piotr Dalak in the Transaction Advisory Services department and Paweł Tołkacz in the Restructuring department.
Piotr graduated from the University of Birmingham. He has many years of experience in transaction advisory which he gained while working, i.a. for EY and KPMG. As Associate Partner at JP Weber, he will be responsible for development of the Transaction Advisory Services and execution of projects in this area.
Paweł gained his vast experience while working in such companies as Impel, Dreberis or Energa. For many years, he was responsible for management of M&A department and Distressed Asset Transactions. He executed also a number of Corporate Finance projects. At JP Weber, he will be responsible for executing projects within Restructuring and M&A departments.
