Eight International, an alliance of transaction, restructuring, forensic and business transformation independent advisors focusing on cross-border operations has been very active in the success of this financial transaction for BVA Group.
BVA has worked with Eight International’s team to carry out financial due diligence operation as part of the acquisition of DOXA, a market research and opinion poll leader in Italy. Milan-based Doxa, which was founded in 1946, is Italy’s first research company generating revenues of €24 million and employing over 140 people. The BVA Group now generates revenues of close to €200 million, has 1,000 employees and is present in over 12 countries in Europe, Asia and the Americas. This acquisition is said to be part of BVA Group’s growth strategy, which has been accelerated in 2018.
The Eight International team assigned to the job included Guido Pelissero (Partner) from the Italian team of New Deal Advisors and Eric Demuyt (Partner) and Florent Garnier (Director) from Eight Advisory in Paris.
