Eight International, a global advisory organization created in 2016 by like-minded local advisory firms and of which Eight Advisory is a founding member, continues its expansion into the UK with the addition of FRP.
Specializing in transactions, restructuring and transformation, with locations in more than 30 countries, Eight International is expanding its presence in the UK with the addition of FRP, one of the leading financial advisory firms in the country. With this addition, Eight International now has 3,600 international professionals, including associates.
With a strong reputation and track record of creating, preserving and recovering value in a variety of complex situations, FRP is a leading independent corporate advisory firm specializing in restructuring, corporate finance, litigation services, and pension and debt counseling. With a team of over 520 members, including 79 partners in 24 offices across England and Scotland, FRP regularly operates at board level alongside companies, investors, lenders, government and regulatory bodies.
As a member of Eight International, “a high quality global advisory organization with a growing reputation and footprint,” says Geoff Rowley, CEO of FRP, FRP will assist the other firms in the organization and their clients with UK-related matters, while being able to provide a truly international offering to its own clients. Sharing “many of the same values, our culture is aligned with the other firms in the organization and our services are highly complementary to those offered across the network,” said Geoff Rowley.
With Eight Advisory, JP Weber and New Deal Advisors as members of Eight International, Pascal Raidron, President of Eight International and Eight Advisory, recalls that he launched “Eight International five years ago” in order to meet “the growing demand from investment funds and companies for independent and specialized financial and operational support for their international activities. Noting a demand “all the more strong as global borders seem to have faded, even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic”, Pascal Raidron is delighted “that FRP, a company with such a strong position in the market, which enjoys the trust of its clients and which fully shares our vision and approach, is joining our global family and contributing to our development”.
