We are proudly announcing the merger of Eight Advisory with New Deal Advisors S.p.A. (NDA), both long-standing partners within our alliance. This strategic integration further strengthens our presence in Italy and enhances our capacity to deliver cross-border advisory services.
Founded in 2010, Eight Advisory is Europe’s leading independent advisory firm specialising in financial, operational and strategy consulting. With more than 950 employees, including 114 Partners (before the integration of NDA), it works alongside senior management, investors and banks in their Transactions, Restructuring and Transformations projects internationally, from its offices France, the United Kingdom, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and the US.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Milan, New Deal Advisors is an independent firm specialising in M&A advisory, corporate restructuring, forensic and litigation services, and valuations. With 50 professionals, including seven partners, the firm has become a recognised leader in the Italian market, supporting clients in achieving their strategic goals.
Eight Advisory and New Deal Advisors, together with a few other like-minded independent firms, co-founded Eight International in 2016. Since its creation, the alliance has been the foundation of a strong, collaborative partnership between its member firms, enabling them to exchange expertise, share best practices and deliver outstanding results to clients worldwide.
This operation is the sum of two success stories, and represents a natural extension of a long-standing collaboration between Eight Advisory and New Deal Advisors, enriching the combined service offering, strengthening cohesion and the power of the global network, and further enhancing the ability to support cross-border projects through sector expertise and technical capabilities.
