Our team employs a decision tree methodology to systematically explore all restructuring paths—from funding a restart and bankruptcy to legal proceedings. This structured approach evaluates each option’s implications and ensures alignment with stakeholder priorities.

We focus our scenario planning and analysis on two key areas:

• We assist shareholders in evaluating different possible scenarios in the case of a distressed shareholding, like turnaround strategies, sales in bonis, or legal proceedings.
• We support buyers in court-ordered takeovers (via transfer plans) by identifying financial and operational levers and crafting competitive takeover offers.
