ID Logistics Group, a leading provider of contract logistics services, has announced the acquisition of Spedimex, a Polish company specialising in transport and logistics services. This strategic move will strengthen ID Logistics’ position in Poland, enabling the group to expand its service offering and reach new customers.

The transaction teams of JP Weber and Eight Advisory, co-founders and members of the global advisory organisation Eight International, supported ID Logistics in financial and tax due diligence, tax structuring and transaction advisory.

ID Logistics is a global logistics service provider with presence in over 18 countries, serving various industries, including retail, healthcare, and e-commerce. The Group offers a range of value-added services, such as transportation, warehousing, and e-commerce solutions, to meet the needs of its customers. ID Logistics is listed on Euronext Paris.

Spedimex, is a well-established logistics services provider in Poland, offering a range of road and air freight services. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Spedimex has a strong customer base and a reputation for providing reliable and cost-effective logistics solutions.

The acquisition of Spedimex by ID Logistics Group is a significant milestone for both companies.
