JP Weber Expands Its Transaction Advisory & M&A Team In Warsaw

As part of the dynamic development of our transaction advisory and M&A practice, we are pleased to announce that four new people have joined the JP Weber Warsaw team managed by Grzegorz Piechowiak and Piotr Dalak. They are: Piotr Kucharczyk, Tomasz Manowiec, Artur Chamot and Maciej Pyszczek.

JP Weber’s transaction advisory and M&A departments are formed by specialists whose know-how covers the full range of issues related to transaction services. They comprehensively advise clients on mergers & acquisitions as well as sales of companies at every phase of the transaction but also after its conclusion by ensuring support in strategic, financial, legal and tax areas.

Piotr Kucharczyk – CFA, Director. With over 10-years’ experience he has implemented countless international and domestic projects in the field of M&A and corporate finance. He was previously responsible for the development and management of the Warsaw office of one of the leading advisory companies in Poland. At JP Weber, he deals with M&A processes, obtaining financial support and valuation.

Tomasz Manowiec – CFA, ACCA, Manager. At JP Weber, he specializes in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence and company valuation. He is the holder of an investment advisor’s license and stockbroker license. He has over 10-years’ experience which includes work in the brokerage office of BGŻ Bank and at Noble Funds TFI, where he managed investment funds.

Maciej Pyszczek – Business Advisor. He has several years’ advisory experience gained in the audit and transaction advisory department at a boutique advisory company in Poland. He has participated in numerous due diligence and valuation projects.

Artur Chamot – Attorney at Law, Tax Specialist. He is an expert in ongoing tax advisory, transfer pricing and restructuring processes. With over 8-years’ experience he has implemented projects in a wide range of sectors including development, logistics and telecommunications. In 2018, he successfully passed an examination to be a certified tax advisor.

In March this year, Tomasz Bartoszek – Tax Director joined the Warsaw team as well. Tomasz gained many years’ experience in tax advisory at one of the Big Four firms, where he was responsible for tax services for transactions performed by corporate clients and Private Equity funds. At JP Weber, Tomasz is responsible for managing the tax department and conducting interdisciplinary projects with the transaction advisory services and M&A team.
