8A engaged with the client, signing a separate engagement letter with New Deal Advisors. The combined team was French-Italian bilingual; the majority of financial information provided was in Italian enabling a collaborative workflow from the get-go. In the first phase of diligence, the combined team worked at New Deal’s offics in Milan, with project management lead by the Italian team. During the latter stages of diligence, the New Deal team worjed out of 8A’s Paris office in order to facilitate partner review and project finalisation.
